Thriving Communities | Thriving Communities has set up four local teams across Troon/Prestwick, North/South Carrick, Ayr North, and Ayr South & Villages to coordinate community development, safety, employability, and wellbeing locally.

What is Thriving Communities?

Thriving Communities brings together the Councils community based services – Health and Wellbeing, Employability, Community Learning and Development, Community Safety and Engagement.

Thriving Communities has three locality-based teams in Ayr (including surrounding villages), Troon & Prestwick and North & South Carrick. The area teams are responsible for coordinating community learning and development, community safety, employability and health and wellbeing provision at a local level.
